Seoullo 7017 is like a beautiful ‘hanging gardens’ located near Seoul Station. This garden is filled with various flowering and non-flowering plants. This public space was once an elevated overpass built in 1970 and was transformed into a pedestrian walkway in 2017.

Number 17 also refers to the number of pedestrian walkways making Seoullo. The pathway is bedecked with various flowers and small trees and added with cultural spaces and facilities. Seoullo is part of Seoul’s main historical tourism feature.

Yakhyun Catholic Church (Chungjeongno Station Exit 5)
It is a historical church built in 1892, the second main Catholic hall branching off from the main Myeongdong Cathedral.
This church acted as in charge of missionaries outside of Seoul’s four main gates (Sodaemun, Namdaemun, Sungnyemun, Dongdaemun). It is Korea’s first Western-style brick building and was designated as Seoul’s historic site.
Son Keechung Sports Park (Seoul Station Exit 2)
This park was established to mark Son Keechung’s Olympic victory. It is on Son’s former school site, planted with laurel trees.
You can find a memorial building commemorating Son’s 100th anniversary. Besides, you will also find a community sports center, and cultural facilities.
Baekbeom Square (Hoehyeon Station Exit 4)
It is a great place to watch the nighttime views of N Seoul Tower and the night lights of Seoul. It is located next to Namsan Park, Seoul.
Nearby, you will enjoy the restored part of the Seoul City wall as part of the “Namsan Renaissance’ project.
Namdaemun Presbyterian Church (Seoul Station, Line 1, 4, Exit 9)
It is a beautiful first Western-style building. The church originated from a section of Chejungwon hospital.
This stone church building, a Gothic-style building, was moved to its present location following the relocation of Chejungwon in 1904.
